摘要
为了解决油田配电网线损大的问题,提出了一种在油田配电网低压侧并联固定电容器无功补偿的方法。分析了抽油机的负荷特性,指出抽油机负荷的有功功率波形近似为正弦曲线,无功功率几乎不变,油田配电网可以根据抽油机的无功功率采用固定电容器进行补偿。提出一种考虑抽油机负荷周期性波动情况下的油田配电网损耗电量分析的改进方法,并指出若采取常规分析方法会导致损耗电量的分析结果偏小。在此基础上以降损电量最大为目标函数,以降损改进率和总投资限值为终止条件,建立了低压侧并联固定电容器无功补偿的优化模型,并采用随机抽样优化算法求解出电容器的最佳补偿个数和位置。以两个油田配电网为例进行了分析,结果表明固定电容器补偿方案能够有效降低油田配电网的线损。
For solving the issue of high line loss of distribution network for oil field,in this paper,a kind of reactive power compensation method which shunts the fixed capacitor at the low voltage side of distribution network for the oil field is proposed.The load characteristics of oil pumps are analyzed.It is pointed out that the waveform of active power of the oil pump is approximately sinusoidal while the reactive power remains almost unchanged.The oil field distribution network can be compensated by the fixed capacitor in accordance the reactive power of oil pump.A kind of improvement method on the power loss analysis of the oil field distribution network with consideration periodic fluctuation of oil pump load and it is pointed that the use of conventional analysis method will lead to small of analysis result of the loss power.On this basis,the maximum reduction of power loss is taken as objective function and the improvement rate of loss reduction and total investment limit as termination condition so to set up the optimization model of shunt fixed capacitor at the low voltage side,and the optimal compensation number and position of the capacitor is solved by the use of random sampling optimization algorithm.The distribution network of two oil fieldsare taken as example for analysis and it is shown by the result that the compensation proposal of the fixed capacitor can reduce effectively the line loss of the oil filed distribution network.
