摘要
针对3条220 kV高抗过补偿的输电线路,应用电磁暂态仿真软件EMTPE程序计算了非全相工频谐振过电压、潜供电流和恢复电压。计算结果表明,当高抗补偿度在120%左右时,线路非全相运行过电压较高,恢复电压较大,这会影响到单相重合闸的时间和中性点小电抗值选择,还会危及设备绝缘安全;当高抗过补偿度在200%时,一般不会出现上述问题。对于研究线路的过补偿问题,提出了相应的解决措施。在实际电网运行中,应避免出现高抗过补偿运行。
As for the three lines of 220 kV high resistance over-compensation transmission line,the open-phase power frequency resonance overvoltage,the secondary arc current and recovery voltage are calculated by the use of transient simulation software EMTPE program.It is shown by the calculation result that when the high resistance compensation is around 120%,the open-phase operation overvoltage is higher and the recovery voltage is bigger,which will affect the time of single phase re-closing operation and the selection of neutral point small reactance and endanger insulation safety of equipment.When the high resistance compensation is above 200%,the above problem will generally not occur.For the study of over-compensation issue of the line,corresponding solution is proposed.The high resistance compensation operation shall be voided in the actual operation of the power grid.
