含分布式电源的10 kV配电网无功电压控制方法 被引量:14

摘要 针对分布式电源对配电线路的电压和潮流分布的影响,提出了含分布式电源的10 kV配电网无功电压控制方法。首先分析了接入分布式电源对配电网电压特性的影响;然后提出了一种平衡设备操作次数和优化效果的电网无功控制方法,通过动态调整功率因数来优化无功补偿设备的控制精度,并避免设备的频繁操作;最后提出了一种分散趋优控制方法,通过检测分布式电源的并网点,来评估该点的无功和电压状况,并根据不同的电压水平进行差异化控制。仿真实验结果表明,所提出的双重无功电压控制方法能明显降低有功损耗和提高电压合格率。 Aiming at the influence of distributed power supply on the voltage and power distribution of distribution lines,a reactive power and voltage control method of 10 kV distribution network with distributed power supply is proposed.Firstly,the influence of the distributed generation on the voltage characteristics of the distribution network is analyzed.Then,a reactive power control method is proposed to balance the number of operation and optimization of the equipment.The control accuracy of the reactive power compensation equipment is optimized by dynamically adjusting the power factor and the frequent operation of the equipment is avoided.Finally,a decentralized and superior control method is proposed.The reactive power and voltage condition of the point are evaluated by detecting the grid connection of the distributed generation,and the difference is controlled according to the different voltage level.The simulation results show that the double reactive power control method proposed in this paper can significantly reduce the active loss and improve the voltage pass rate.
