反潜导弹分离舱张开特性数值方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 反潜导弹弹箭分离时,分离舱张开投放战斗载荷。采用重叠网格方法对分离舱动态张开过程进行非定常数值模拟,并通过火箭橇地面试验验证了数值方法的正确性。基于典型工况非定常数值模拟结果,考虑分离侧滑角、分离舱张开角和张开角速度等因素,通过多维插值获取分离舱实时气动力求解不同分离条件下分离舱张开特性,插值求解结果与直接非定常数值模拟结果吻合良好。这表明,基于非定常数值模拟结果的插值求解方法可以对分离舱张开特性进行快速预报,适用于弹箭分离方案初步设计和评估。 As missile-rocket separation proceeds,the separating capsules unfold and release the missile.The unsteady numerical simulation on the dynamic unfolding process of the separating capsules is performed based on the overlap mesh method and the correctness of the numerical method is proved by comparing with the rocket sled experimental results.The multidimensional interpolation is executed based on the unsteady numerical simulation to obtain the real-time aerodynamic force of separating capsules.At the same time,the problem of unfolding characteristics is solved.The interpolation solving results coincide well with the direct unsteady numerical simulation.It is shown that the interpolation solving method based on the unsteady numerical results can give a fast prediction for the unfolding characteristics of the separating capsules,which is effective for the initial design and evaluation of the missile-rocket separation scheme.
