抗肿瘤药物引致手足综合征的中西医诊疗进展

Progress on Diagnosis and Treatment with Chinese and Western Medicine in Hand-Foot Syndrome Induced by Antitumor Drugs

手足综合征（hand-foot syndrome,HFS）又称掌跖痛性红斑（palmar plantar erythrodysesthia syndrome;PPES）,是一种手掌部和足底红斑性皮肤损害,是诸多抗肿瘤药物常见的副作用之一。HFS的发生对化疗的顺利进行及患者的生活质量会造成重大影响,因此早期预防和治疗十分重要。现代医学主要从抗肿瘤药物本身在机体内引起的炎性反应、代谢相关组织酶的分布差异、皮肤组织损伤以及其他因素等角度进行研究。中医根据其辨证论治现将HFS归属于＂血痹＂范畴。中医、西医在防治HFS方面均取得了一定疗效。全文通过综述手足综合征的现代发病机制及治疗措施,中医对其病因病机的独特见解及临床常用的中医治疗,期望为临床提供一定的帮助。

Hand-Foot syndrome（HFS）is also known as palmar plantar erythrodysesthia syndrome（PPES）.PPES is a kind of palmar and erythematous skin lesionsis,which is a common side effect of many chemotherapy drugs and has great influence on the quality of patient＇s life.It is preliminary studies on the pathogenesis of modern medicine,mainly from the chemotherapy drug itself cause inflammatory reaction in the body,the difference of the distribution of metabolic enzymes related organizations,skin tissue damage,and other factors.Meanwhile Traditional Chinese Medcine（TCM）through its theory about treatment of different syndromes,have a great effciency on the treatment of hand-foot syndrome.This paper expounds the modern pathogenesis and the treatment measures of HFS,and a unique understanding of etiology and pathogenesis on Traditional Chinese medicine and external therapy of TCM,expecting to provide some help for clinical treatment.
