摘要
本文从护理人力配置与患者健康结局的关系、护理人力配置指标、护理工作量测算方法和护理人力配置方法的应用等方面进行综述,旨在帮助医院及护理管理者了解国内外护理人力配置的相关进展,为进一步的研究和决策提供参考。
The literature reviewed the relationship between human resource allocation and patient outcome, the allocation indicators, the workload calculation method, and the application of nursing allocation method, in order to help hospitals and nursing managers understand the relevant development of nursing allocation, then provide references for further research and decision-making.
