四川省老年科护士静脉血栓栓塞症预防知识水平现状调查

Investigation of knowledge about Venous Thromboembolism prevention among nurses of geriatric department in Sichuan province

目的:调查老年科护士对静脉血栓栓塞症预防知识的掌握情况,为护理管理者开展相关知识培训提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的老年科护士静脉血栓栓塞症预防知识调查问卷对四川省11所医院的437名老年科护士进行调查。结果:437名老年科护士静脉血栓栓塞症的预防知识得分为(50.41±13.92)分。多元线性回归分析显示,护士学历、职称、是否护理过静脉血栓栓塞症患者为影响其得分的主要因素。结论:老年科护士的静脉血栓栓塞症预防知识有待提高,护理管理者应根据护士的不同特征,有针对性地开展相关知识培训。

Objective： To investigate the knowledge about Venous Thromboembolism prevention among nurses of geriatric department, in order to provide scientific basis for knowledge training. Methods： Totally 437 nurses in geriatric department from 11 hospitals in Sichuan province were investigated with a self-design questionnaire about Venous Thromboembolism prevention knowledge. Results： The scores of knowledge about Venous Thromboembolism prevention of 437 nurses was （50.41±13.92）. Multiple Linear Regression indicated that education, professional title, experience of caring for the patients with Venous Thromboembolism were the influencing factors of the knowledge score. Conclusion： The knowledge about Venous Thromboembolism prevention among nurses in geriatric department still remains to be improved, and targeted training should be provided to different nurses by nurse managers.
