Influencing factors of patient safety during the ICU transition period and management countermeasures

患者在ICU过渡期的生理和心理方面都具有一定的特殊性,ICU过渡期护理能够对患者短期和长期结局产生重要影响。本文从ICU过渡期护理的概念、过渡期患者安全影响因素、主要干预策略、干预效果评价等方面阐述国内外相关研究进展,以期为促进我国ICU过渡期护理研究与实践提供参考。

Patients during the ICU transition period are both physiologically and psychologically specific. ICU transitional care may have both short-term and long-term effects on their overall recovery overcome. This review summarized the concept of Transitional Care Mode, nursing needs of ICU patients, current strategies of ICU transitional care, evaluating indicators both in China and abroad to provide evidence and reference for nursing research and practicing of ICU transitional care.
