黑龙江省滑雪产业升级对策研究

黑龙江省是我国的冰雪旅游大省,其中滑雪产业在黑龙江省的冰雪产业中占很大份额。在2022年北京冬奥会举办来临之际,冰雪产业发展形势更是空前大好。由于各省市都在抢抓冬奥会机遇,大力发展冰雪产业,使黑龙江省冰雪产业一家独大的局面受到了冲击。黑龙江省滑雪产业面临不少问题,如滑雪场建设缺乏合理规划布局、滑雪场基础设施落后、服务质量人性化不足、滑雪产业体系不完善缺乏专业人才、国内各省滑雪产业竞争激烈等等。应从滑雪场科学规划合理布局、多方面支持升级滑雪场设备及配套工程、加强对滑雪场管理人才和专业人才的培养引进、强化营销宣传力度等方面加以改进和提升,促进黑龙江省滑雪产业升级发展。

Heilongjiang Province is a major province of ice and snow tourism in China.The skiing industry has a large share of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province.At the advent of the Beijing Olympic Winter Games in 2022,the development of the ice and snow industry was unprecedented.As provinces and cities are seizing the opportunity of the Olympic Winter Games and vigorously developing the ice and snow industry,the sole situation of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province has been affected.The skiing industry in Heilongjiang Province is facing many problems,such as lack of reasonable planning and layout of ski resorts,backward ski infrastructure,inadequate humanization of service quality,lack of professional personnel in the ski industry system,and fierce competition in domestic ski resorts.It is necessary to improve and upgrade the ski resort＇s scientific planning and reasonable layout,support for upgrading ski equipment and supporting projects in various aspects,strengthen the training and introduction of ski resort management talents and professionals,and strengthen marketing and propaganda in order to promote the development of the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province.
