摘要
基于生物质清洁燃油含氧量高、含水量高的特性,以重油燃烧器点火装置为原型,设计了一种适用于生物质清洁燃油的燃烧器点火装置。点火装置的喷嘴以炊具的燃气喷口为原型,通过适当改进轴向与径向尺寸,使之适应燃油雾化时的实际状态;引燃管排布为环形。通过仿真实验模拟雾化的液滴直径及其空间分布,确定并优化了引燃管与雾化喷口的相对位置。
Considering the high oxygen content and the high moisture content of biomass fuel,a suitable device for combustion has been designed,which refers to a heavy oil burner ignition system.The nozzle of ignition device's prototype is a cooker nozzle,by adjusting the axial and radial dimensions appropriately,the actual state of the atomization could be accommodated;igniting tube arranged in a circular arrangement.The relative position of the ignition tube and the nozzle was determined and optimized,by conducting simulation experiments of droplet's diameter and its spatial distribution.
