發明專利申請優先審查管理辦法實施五年效果淺析

Five-year Achievements made in Implementation of Administrative Measures for Prioritized Examination of Invention Patent Applications(abridged)

2017年6月28日，国家知识产权局颁布了新的《专利优先审查管理办法》（局令第七十六号，下称新《办法》。新《办法》于2017年8月、日实施。此办法是对2012年6月颁布的《发明专利申请优先审查管理办法》（局令第六十五号，下称原《办法》）进行的修订。

On 28 June,2017,the State Intellectual Property Office（SIPO）promulgated new Administrative Measures for Priori-tized Examination of Patents（Order No.76,hereinafter re-ferred to as new Measures）.The new Measures entered in-to force on 1 August,2017 as a revision of Administrative Measures for Prioritized Examination of Invention Patent Ap-plications（Order No.65,hereinafter referred to as old Mea-sures）promulgated in June 2012,for purposes of promot-ing the optimization and upgrading of the industrial struc-ture,promoting the implementation of the national intellectu-al property right strategies and the building of a powerful in-tellectual property nation,serving the innovation-driven de-velopment.
