微课对学习者的学习助力的研究

摘要 微课作为一种重要的学习资源,自身存在内容多样性、视频微小性等特点,正式学习、非正式学习均可以运用此类资源,由于不受到时间和空间的限制,便于对知识进行传播,成为了一种极佳的对学习者进行教育、扩展学习、保持终身学习的方式之一。微课支持学习者进行碎片化学习,对学习者没有年龄等方面的限制,利于不同种类、不同年龄的学习群体对不同类型知识与技能相关学习需求的满足,这种学习的方式促进学习者自主学习和有意义学习,提高了其学习效率以及解决问题的能力。 Micro lesson video as an important learning resources, based on micro lesson video content diversity, video of miniatureetc. characteristics, the learners no age limit, formal learning, informal learning can use these resources. To facilitate the spread ofknowledge and become an excellent of adult of re-education, further learning, lifelong learning, facilitate self-directed learningand meaningful learning, are not subject to the restrictions of time and space. Micro class video can also support the learning of de-bris learning, as well as some of the staff can't delay their work under the premise of learning, develop themselves, solve problems,improve their self-cultivation. While the students are reading or older adults can also be used in this way to promote meaningfullearning, increase their knowledge, reserve their own knowledge base.
