摘要
以呼伦贝尔草原天然牧草为原料,研究收获期对天然牧草草产量、营养价值和体外消化率的影响,用主成分分析法计算不同收获期的综合得分,筛选呼伦贝尔草原天然牧草最适收获期。结果显示:与其他收获期相比,7月30日收获其理论草产量和WSC含量最高,CP含量较高,NDF、ADF含量较低,IVDMD和DE适中,主成分综合评价得分最高,综合考虑以7月30日左右为呼伦贝尔草原天然牧草最佳收获期。
The native grasses on Hulunbeier grassland was used as raw material in the experiment,to study the effects of harvest time on yield,nutritional value and digestibility of native grass,and the comprehensive score of different harvest periods was calculated by principal component analysis.The results showed that compared with other cutting period,the theoretic fresh grass yield and WSC cutting on July30 th were the highest,and the content of CP was significantly higher than other cuttings(P〈0.05),and the content of ADF and NDF were lower than other harvest time,IVDMD and DE were proper,and the main score of the main component was the highest.Considering comprehensively,the proper time to harvest native grass silage raw material in Hulunbeier steppe was about July 30th.
