基于保护动机理论的护理干预对稳定期精神分裂症患者社会功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory on social function and life quality of patients with stable schizophrenia

目的探讨基于保护动机理论的护理干预对稳定期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法选取枣庄市精神卫生中心诊治的86例稳定期精神分裂症患者,依据建档顺序分组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上实施为期8周的基于保护动机理论的护理干预。统计对比干预前后两组生活质量评分(GQOLI-74)、社会功能评分(SSPI)及两组保护动机各维度评分变化情况、护理满意度。结果干预前两组GQOLI-74、SSPI及保护动机各维度评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预8周后研究组GQOLI-74及SSPI各项指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05);保护动机各维度评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度93.02%(40/43)高于对照组74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于保护动机理论的护理干预可有效改善稳定期精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory on social function and life quality of patients with stable schizophrenia. Methods From January 2014 to April 2016 in the diagnosis and treatment of the mental health center of Zaozhuang city of the 86 stable patients with schizophrenia, according to the filing order group, 43 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the study group received 8 weeks of nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care. Before and after the intervention, the scores of quality of life score （ GQOLI-74 ）, social function score （ SSPI ） and the two dimensions of nursing motivation of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results Before the intervention the dimensions of two groups of GQOLI-74, SSPI and protection motivation score showed no significant difference （P〉 0.05 ）, 8 weeks after the intervention of group GQOLI-74 and SSPI index scores were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; protection motivation dimensions score than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; the study group of nursing satisfaction 93.02 % （ 40/43 ） higher than 74.42 % in the control group （ 32/43 ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory can effectively improve stable schizophrenia patients life quality and social function and improve their nursing satisfaction.
