爱随访在首发双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果

Application effect of follow-up care on patients with first-episode bipolar disorder

目的观察和探讨关爱随访在首发双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选择2012年10月到2015年10月来我院就治的首发双相情感障碍患者112例,随机分为对照组(56例)和治疗组(56例)。两组患者在住院期间均接受双相情感障碍常规治疗及护理,出院后对照组实施常规出院指导及门诊随访,观察组在此基础上实施关爱随访,时间为6个月。在患者出院时以及随访6个月末两个时间点采用狂躁量表(BRMS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)以及用药依从性三个指标进行评价。结果观察组较对照组相比,随访6个月后躁狂量表评分显著降低(P<0.05);汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分组间差异不明显(P>0.05);用药依从性的调查结果显示,观察组较对照组相比具有更高的用药依从性,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)结论关爱随访能够改善首发双相障碍患者出院后的治疗效果,提高患者用药依从性,具有临床推广的意义。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of follow-up care on patients with first-episode bipolar disorder. Methods From October 2012 to October 2015, 112 patients with first-episode bipolar disorder were randomly divided into the control group （ 56 cases ） and the treatment group （ 56 cases ） . The patients in the two groups received routine treatment and nursing care during hospitalization. After discharge, the control group performed with routine discharge guidance and outpatient follow-up. The observation group was given follow-up care on the basisi of the routine one for 6 months. Beeh--Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale （ BRMS ）, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （ HAMD ）, and medication compliance were evaluated at the time of hospital discharge and at the end of 6 months follow - up care. Results Compared with the control group, the score of BRMS was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference of HAMD scores between the two groups at the end of 6 months caring follow-up （P 〉 0.05 ） . The medication compliance in the observation group was much better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Follow-up care can be better to improve the clinical effect of patients with first-episode bipolar disorder after discharge, improve the compliance of patients with medication, thus, it＇ s with the significance of clinical promotion.
