实施人性化管理对精神科封闭管理病房患者依从性及满意度的影响

Effect of humanized management on compliance and satisfaction with nursing care of patients in psychiatric closed management department

目的研究实施人性化管理对精神科封闭管理病房患者满意度的影响。方法选取2012年7月~2013年7月实施人性化管理后收住我院精神科封闭病区的患者180例作为实验组,对患者治疗依从性及管理满意度进行评价,并与实施人性化管理前收住的174例患者的上述指标评分进行比较。结果实验组的治疗依从性及管理满意度明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在精神科封闭管理病房实施人性化管理,明显提高了患者的治疗依从性及管理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of humanized management on compliance and satisfaction with nursing care of patients in psychiatric closed management department. Methods After the implementation of humanized management from July 2012 to July 2013, 180 patients in psychiatric closed management department were selected as the experimental group. The treatment compliance and management satisfaction of these patients were evaluated and then compared with those of 174 patients from the same department before the implementation of humanized management. Results The treatment compliance and management satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The implementation of humanized management in psychiatric closed management department can significantly improve the treatment compliance and management satisfaction of patients.
