摘要
树突状细胞相关外泌体(DC-derived exosomes,Dex)是由免疫系统的前哨抗原提呈细胞形成的微小囊泡。Dex表面拥有与树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DCs)部分相同的表面分子,如功能性MHC-抗原肽复合物(MHC/antigenic peptide)、共刺激分子(costimulatory molecules)等,并参与机体免疫调节。近年来随着对Dex研究的不断深入,Dex在肿瘤免疫中的作用越来越受到重视。基于Dex抗肿瘤治疗的临床试验也显示其潜在的可行性。
DC-derived exosomes(Dex) are micro-membrane vesicles that are secreted by the sentinel antigen-presenting cells of the immune system dendritic cell(DCs). Similar like DCs, the molecular composition of Dex includes surface expression of functional MHC-peptide complexes, costimulatory molecules, etc. Recently, with the deepening research in Dex, more and more attention has been focused on the role of Dex in tumor immunity. Dexbased clinical trials have been conducted in anti-malignancies therapies, showing the potential feasibility of the approach.
