我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病与支气管哮喘管理现状及展望

Current status of management and prospect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma in China

慢性呼吸疾病为全球“四大慢性病”之一。慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）和支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）为慢性呼吸疾病常见病，但与心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤相比并未受到足够重视。本文主要对COPD、哮喘疾病负担，基层诊疗与管理教育，患者知晓率等方面的现状进行阐述，对移动物联网技术在COPD、哮喘中应用进行展望。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is one of the ＂four major chronic diseases＂ in the world. COPD and bronchial asthma （hereinafter referred to as asthma） are common among chronic respiratory diseases, but they have not been paid enough attention to compared with those of hypertension, diabetes and tumor. This article mainly expounds the status of COPD, the burdenof asthma, the education of diagnosis and management at the grass-roots level, the awareness rate of patients and so on. Finally, we discuss the prospect of application of mobile internet of things technology in COPD and asthma management.
