摘要
目的 探讨护理院失能老年人长期照护需求.方法 采用描述性现象学的研究方法,选取12例护理院失能老年人进行深入访谈.结果 护理院失能老年人长期照护需求主要涵盖日常生活照料、医疗护理、康复保健、精神慰藉和社会参与.结论 护理院失能老年人长期照护需求呈现多样化,医护人员可根据需求协助护理院失能老年人提高生活质量.
Objective To explore the long-term care needs of disabled elderly in nursing homes. Methods A descriptive phenomenological method was used and depth interview was conducted with 12 disabled elderly to collect the data. Results The long-term care needs of disabled elderly in nursing homes included daily care, medical care, reha- bilitation care, spiritual comfort and social participation. Conclusion The long-term care needs of disabled elderly in nursing homes are diversified, and health care providers can help disabled elderly in nursing homes to improve the quali- ty of life according to their needs.
