系列护理专题工作坊在本科生基础护理学教学中的探索与应用

Exploration and application of a series of nursing workshops in fundamental nursing course for undergraduate students

目的设计与＂基础护理学＂课程相配套的6个护理专题工作坊，探索其在本科生基础护理学教学中的应用。方法选取陆军军医大学护理学专业87名本科学生为研究对象，2012级38名学生为实验组，按照6个护理专题工作坊实施教学；2010级49名学生为对照组，按照传统大班授课方式教学。结果基础护理学教学结束后，实验组学生平均成绩（86.0±5.15）分，优良率49.5%，均高于对照组学生，但两组学生的成绩差异无统计学意义（t=1.826，P=0.087）；教学满意度评分，实验组学生高于对照组学生，差异具有统计学意义（t=9.825，P=0.002）。结论系列护理专题工作坊应用于本科生基础护理学教学，学生的教学满意度较高，可以尝试在基础护理学教学中推广应用。

ObjectiveTo apply and evaluate a series of nursing workshops in fundamental nursing course for undergraduate students.MethodsSelected 87 undergraduates of nursing profession as the research sample in Army Medical University. Grade 2012 nursing undergraduates （n=38）, as experimental group, performed the reformed teaching plan with six nursing workshops. Grade 2010 nursing undergraduates （n=49）, as control group, performed the pre-reformed teaching plan and method.ResultsAfter the implementation of the teaching plan, the final scores （86.0±5.15） and the excellent and good rates （49.5%） of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group, but no significant differences （P〉0.05）. The satisfaction score with the teaching method in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionsThe teaching reform of a series of nursing workshops in fundamental nursing course received the high satisfaction feedback from undergraduates. Through this experimental project, we believed that the workshops teaching may be popularized and applied in fundamental nursing course.
