The Application of Different Teaching Methods in the Clinical Nursing Skills Training for Nursing Students:A Network Meta-analysis

摘要 目的评价不同教学法在护理专业学生临床护理操作技能培养中的应用效果,为选择最优的护生临床护理操作技能教学模式提供科学依据。方法计算机检索the Cochrane Library、EMbase、Springerlink、Elservier、Pubmed、Mediline、中国期刊全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(China Biology Medicine disc,CBM)、维普数据库(VIP database for Chinese Technical Periodicals,VIP)和万方医学数据库,检索时限从建库至2016年12月。搜索不同教学方法在护生临床护理操作技能培养中的应用效果的文献,以评价不同教学方法的应用效果。结果共纳入38篇文献,涉及8种教学法,合计3246名护生,采用Stata14.0软件进行分析。网状Meta分析结果显示,与传统教学法相比,模拟教学法、基于团队的教学法(team based learning,TBL)、基于问题的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)、循证教学法、案例教学法和视频教学法等,其效果差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。根据累积排序概率曲线下面积(surface under the cumulative ranking,SUCRA)排序结果,不同教学法应用效果前3位依次为循证教学法、TBL教学法和视频教学法。结论循证教学法是提高护生临床护理操作技能的最优方法,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of different teaching methods in the clinical nursing skills training for nursing students,in order to provide the scientific basis for selecting the best teaching method.Methods Computer retrieval was conducted to search the Cochrane Library, EMbase, Springerlink, Elservier,Pubmed, Mediline, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) ,Chinese Biomedical Literature(CBM) ,VIP databases and Wanfang databases for randomized controlled trials of different teaching methods in the clinical nursing skills training for nurs- ing students up to December 2016, and the application effect of different teaching methods was compared.Results Totally 38 studies were included,and a total of 8 kinds of teaching methods and 3246 nursing students were analyzed by Stata14.0 software.The network meta-analysis results showed that simulative teaching method,team based learning (TBL) teaching method, problem based learning(PBL) teaching method , evidence-based teaching method and case- based teaching method were more effective than traditional teaching methods(all P(0.05).Probability ranking accord- ing to surface under the cumulative ranking(SUCRA) showed that among all the teaching methods, the evidence-based teaching method was the most effective method,followed by the TBL teaching method and video teaching method.Con- clusion Evidence-based teaching method is the best teaching method in improving clinical nursing skills of nursing students, which is worth of clinical promotion.
