循证护理与预见性护理在行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者中的应用

Application of Evidence-based Nursing and Predictive Nursing in Patients with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

目的探讨循证护理和预见性护理在行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者中的应用效果。方法2015年1月至2017年10月,便利抽样法选择在西安高新医院手术室行心脏外科冠状动脉旁路移植术的患者113例为研究对象。按手术时间的先后将其分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=58)。对照组患者实施预见性护理,观察组患者实施循证护理。比较两组患者并发症的发生率以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者术后出血、心包填塞、心律失常、呼吸系统并发症、脑血管意外、围术期心肌梗死等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。循证护理组患者满意度高于预见性护理组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论循证护理在行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的护理中应用效果较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing and predictive nursing in patients with coronary artery bypass graft. Methods By convenience sampling, 113 patients with coronary artery bypass graft admitted into Xi＇ an Gao Xin hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group （ n = 55 ） and observation group （ n = 58 ）. In control group, evidence-based nursing was provided, while in observation group, predictive nursing was adopted. The incidence rate of com- plications and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care were compared between two groups.Results The in- cidence rate of postoperative bleeding, cardiac tamponade, arrhythmia, respiratory complications, cerebrovas- cular accident and perioperative myocardial infarction in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈0.05 ）. The patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P = 0.032）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the patients with coronary artery bypass graft can obtain better nursing effect. It is worth of popularization and application.
