论非物质文化遗产庐剧的保护与传承问题

On the Protection and Inheritance of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Lu Opera

国家级非物质文化遗产庐剧在保护方面采取了剧团组织建设与政府支持的方式,但传承面临人才缺乏、剧目滞后等问题。政府扶持不够、外来文化冲击、专业人才断层、庐剧自身创新不足是庐剧保护与传承不力的原因。庐剧发展必须要通过厘清政府角色、依靠民众力量、壮大专业队伍、强化自身建设的策略,并构建以学校为中心、政府与剧团为两极的"三位一体"的新模式。

As a national intangible cultural heritage,the protection and inheritance of Lu Opera adopts the methods of theater organization construction and government support.However,the inheritance still faces with problems such as the shortage of talents and the lag of plays.The factors of weak protection and inheritance of Lu Opera may include the support from Government is not strong enough,the impact of foreign culture,absence of professional personnel,as well as lack of innovation.The development of Lu Opera must clarify the role of the government,depend on the strength of the people,enlarge the professional talents,and strengthen the team,so as to build a new ＂3-in-1＂ model with the school as the center and the government and the troupe as the poles.
