加强国家自然科学基金项目申报组织管理工作探讨——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Discussions on Strengthening Organization and Management of Application of Project Supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

国家自然科学基金项目是科研单位和科研团队基础研究和源头创新能力的重要标志。文章简要回顾了江苏省农业科学院近年来获科学基金资助总体情况,分析了其保持增长态势的客观因素,总结了加强科学基金项目申报组织管理工作的主要做法,指出作为一家以应用研究为主的省级农业科研单位,江苏农业科学院之所以能够保持获科学基金资助的良好势头,主要得益于科学基金的品牌效应和国家持续加大投入力度,以及江苏农业科学院院所领导重视、优秀科技人才的引进和培养及配套考核激励政策等。

The project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China（NSFC） forms an important symbol of basic research and original innovation capabilities of research and development institution and scientific research team. Overall situation of NSFC programs in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years was reviewed briefly in the paper. Objective factors for maintaining growth situation were analyzed and main methods for strengthening organization and management of application of NSFC programs summarized. It was suggested that Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as a provincial-level agricultural research institution attaching most importance to applied research, maintained such good momentum in obtaining science fund assistance because the science fund has brand effect, the state continuously increases investment and leaders of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences pay attention to introduction and cultivation of excellent scientific and technological talents and supporting evaluation and motivation policy.
