新形势下农业科研管理路径探索研究——以山西省农业科学院为例

Research on Path of Agricultural Scientific Research Management under New Situation,Taking Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

文章以山西省农业科学院为例,阐述了其科研管理的现状,介绍了其科研管理产出情况,提出了完善农业科研项目管理办法、构建农业科研项目绩效评价管理体系、制定农业科技计划信用管理办法、开发农业科研管理系统等促进山西省农业科研管理工作创新发展,提高全院科研管理水平和管理效率的措施,以期为其他农业科研院所的科研管理提供借鉴。

Taking Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the present situation and existing problems of scientific research management in agricultural research institutes were summarized in the paper. The output of scientific research management was introduced.Measures to promote the innovation and development of agricultural scientific research management in Shanxi Province and improve the scientific research management level and efficiency of the total academy were put forward, such as perfecting management of scientific research projects, constructing evaluation system of agricultural scientific research programs, setting up credit evaluation system of scientific research programs, and developing management system of scientific research programs, etc. This will provide references for scientific research management in other academies.
