Thinking on Promoting Governance of National Agricultural Engineering Technology Research Center in the New Era

基于新时代我国实施创新驱动发展战略、乡村振兴战略,推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的大背景,文章系统梳理了我国农口国家工程技术研究中心发展现状,分析了其发展过程中存在的主要问题,提出了设计符合国家战略发展方向的治理方案、打造共建共治共享的治理模式等推进农口国家工程技术研究中心治理,促进科技治理理论体系丰富和完善的对策,以期为国家科技创新基地改革发展和治理现代化提供借鉴。

Based on the background of China＇s implementation of innovation driven development strategy, the strategy of revitalizing the countryside, promoting national governance systems and governance capacity modernization in the new era, present situation of national engineering research center of agriculture development was combed in the paper. Main problems existing in the development were analyzed.Countermeasures to strengthen governance of national agricultural engineering technology research center and enrich and improve the theory of the management system of science and technology were put forward, i.e., designing governance plan according to national strategic development direction, setting up governance pattern of co-construction and co-governance and sharing. This will provide reference for the reform and development of national science and technology innovation base and modernization of governance.
