摘要
在应变速率分别为0.1、1.0和10.0 s-1,应变温度分别为373、573和773 K条件下,对30Cr Mo钢进行压缩试验。通过获得的流变应力数据发现,随着应变速率的增加,应力存在着一定程度的软化现象,说明材料内部存在着变形热效应。在考虑变形热效应的情况下,对流变应力数据进行了修正。通过微观组织观察发现,试样内部存在着因变形热效应引起的动态再结晶,验证了数据修正的必要性。
The compression tests of 30 Cr Mo steel were carried out at strain rates of 0.1, 1.0, 10.0 s^-1 and strain temperatures of 373, 573 and 773 K, respectively. The flow stress data show that the stress presents softening phenomenon in a certain extent with the increase of strain rate. It indicates that the deformation heat effect exists in the internal material.In the case of considering the thermal effect of deformation, the flow stress data are corrected. The observation of the microstructure demonstrates that dynamic recrystallization arises in the specimens due to the thermal deformation effect,which verifies the necessity of data correction.
