汽车发动机缸体铸件砂眼缺陷实时控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现发动机缸体砂眼缺陷的预测和控制,提出了一种基于.NET的砂眼缺陷实时控制系统。首先对导致砂眼缺陷的10个影响因素进行了统计分析,然后设计了相应的预测数学模型并对其中的2个参数(权重和标准偏差)进行了计算分析,最后采用.NET平台下的C#编写程序开发了铸件砂眼缺陷实时控制系统。结果表明,该系统在实际生产过程中实时计算各因素数值的综合偏差,并与标准偏差进行比较以便判断产生缺陷的概率大小,从而给出提示信息以便及时调整工艺参数。在某汽车铸件厂中的应用结果表明,提出的系统能够实时有效地预测控制砂眼缺陷,降低了砂眼缺陷废品率。 In order to realize the prediction and control of the sand-hole defects in engine cylinder, a sand-hole defects real-time control system based on.NET was proposed. Firstly, the 10 factors lead to sand-hole defects were statistical analyzed, then the corresponding mathematical model was designed and prediction of 2 parameters(the weights and standard deviation) were calculated and analyzed, finally a program of casting hole defects real-time control system using.NET platform C# was developed. The results show that the system in the actual in the production process of numerical factors in real time calculation of combined deviation and compared in order to determine the probability of defects and standard deviation, which gives a message in order to adjust the process parameters. The results of application in automobile casting factory indicated that the propose system can effectively predict the real-time control sand-hole defects,reduces the sand-hole defects rejection rate.
