摘要
在法兰的生产过程中,铸件的薄壁联接处存在铸造缺陷。为消除此类缺陷,使用MAGMA凝固模拟软件对初始工艺进行分析和优化。结果表明,通过增加冷铁,解决了铸件的缩松问题,最终得到合格的铸件,缩短了产品开发周期及降低了成本。
In the production of flanges, casting defects exist in the thin-wall joints of castings. In order to eliminate these defects, MAGMA solidification simulation software was used to analyze and optimize the initial process. The results show that the shrinkage problem of the casting is solved by increasing the cold iron, the qualified casting is finally obtained, the product development cycle is shortened and the cost is reduced.
