摘要
针对非晶带材生产中熔炼系统高电耗的问题,提出利用"一拖二"串联谐振式中频电炉实现节能降耗的方法。分析铁基非晶合金材料熔炼特点,比较行业现有熔炼系统优缺点,对"一拖二"串联谐振式中频电炉节能原理进行理论分析。根据经验数据,分别对两种配置电炉进行能耗估算,实际应用过程中的生产数据验证了理论计算的正确性。结果表明,"一拖二"串联谐振式中频电炉在非晶合金带材生产过程中有效提高负载率和电能利用率,达到节能效果。
Aiming at the problem of high power consumption of smelting system in the production of amorphous strip materials, the method of realizing energy saving and reducing consumption was puts forward by using "one driving two" series resonant medium frequency furnace. The melting characteristics of iron base amorphous alloy was analyzed, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the existing smelting system in the industry, analyzed the energy saving principle of "one drag two" series resonant intermediate frequency electric furnace. According to the empirical data, calculate the energy consumption of two kinds of electric furnaces, the production data in the actual application process verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation. The results show that the "one driving two" series resonant medium frequency furnace can effectively improve the load rate and energy efficiency in the production of amorphous alloy strip, and realize the energy saving effect.
