摘要
采用Pro CAST软件对铝合金基架进行了压铸充型凝固过程数值模拟。根据模拟结果设计了浇注系统和排溢系统,确定了内浇道左右面积分别为71 mm2和39 mm2。优化出压铸工艺参数:浇注温度630℃,模具预热温度200℃,压射速度2 m/s,保压压力90 MPa。设计并制造出基架压铸模具,将优化出的压铸工艺参数应用到实验中,对生产出的基架压铸件进行了金相检验,产品完全满足使用要求。
Using the Pro CAST simulation software for numerical simulation of die-cast process of the aluminum alloy pedestal. According to the simulation results, the overflow system and the decided gate area are designed, total gate area is110 mm^2,left and right inner gate area is 71 mm^2 and 39 mm^2, respectively. The final practical die casting perimeters are pouring temperature is 630 ℃,mold preheating temperature is 200 ℃,the injection speed is 2 m/s and the holding pressure is 90 MPa. Appling the simulation results, the die casting mold is designed and prepared. The optimized die casting process parameters are applied to the experiment, the microstructure of the samples with die casting are checked, and the products are fully satisfied with the requirements.
