双辊倾斜铸轧熔池液位数学物理模型的研究

摘要 针对双辊倾斜铸轧工艺角过程,引入倾函数描述铸轧过程,将常规铸轧熔池液面的数学物理模型外推至考虑不同倾斜角度的铸轧,使常规铸轧成为倾斜铸轧当倾角为0时的一个特例,从而丰富了铸轧理论,使其具有更广泛的适用性。 For the twin roll inclined casting process, the inclination angle function was introduced, it was generalized to consider the casting process with different inclination angles from the normal casting process. The traditional casting is a special case of the casting process with inclination angle being β=0. It enriches the casting theory and expands its applicability.
