摘要
分析了铝电解槽使用优质炭阳极发挥最佳效益的3个方面因素——炭阳极质量、炭块组装质量和电解槽工艺操作的相互影响。阳极炭块质量差或不稳定将严重影响电解铝生产企业的经济效益;阳极组装质量不佳,电解槽技术条件不匹配,工作不稳定,即使使用优质抗氧化低消耗炭阳极,也解决不了电解槽的问题,此时,炭耗和电流效率以及电耗都会受影响。
In this paper, we analyze the three main factors in aluminum electrolytic cell using high quality carbon anode to obtain the best performance, which contains the quality of carbon anode, the quality of carbon block assembling and the operation level during the process of aluminum electrolysis. Meanwhile, the influence in those three factors to each other affects the performance of aluminum electrolytic cell using high quality carbon anode. The poor or unstable quality of carbon anode resulted in serious effect on the economic benefit of aluminum electrolysis. However, the work efficiency of the high quality carbon anode in the electrolytic cell will also be affected when the assembly quality is not good or the technical and work condition of the electrolytic cell is unstable, even not matched. Once the electrolytic cell is unnormal, the problems which are demonstrated by the unnormal electrolytic cell will not be solved easily even if high quality carbon anode with good anti-oxidation and low consumption is used. As a result, not only the consumption of carbon anode and electricity, but the current efficiency will also be affected seriously.
