摘要
通过与传统的以煤沥青为黏结剂制备的热捣糊和温捣糊对比分析,根据进口黏结剂的特性和强力混捏系统的工艺特点,优化配方和混捏生产工艺参数,成功研制生产了常温环保铝用冷捣糊,制品性能测试结果达到了预期目标,为批量生产常温环保铝用冷捣糊提供了宝贵的经验。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of imported binder and the technological characteristics of the mixing sys- tem, the cold ramming environmental pastes were successfully developed by optimizing the formula and the mixing process parame- ters. The properties of the cold ramming environmental pastes obtained reached the scheduled objects, which could provide a valu- able experience for the batch production of the cold ramming environmental pastes.
