分层注水井封隔器密封质量探讨

Discussion on Sealing Quality of Packers in Stratified Water Injection Well

在油田开发的中、后期,分层注水是实现持续稳产、高产的关键,因而对注水井井下封隔器的密封质量提出了更高的要求。分层注水管柱的验封技术是检验井下封隔器密封质量的关键手段,在油田注水开发中发挥着非常重要的作用。文章主要就目前封隔器验封工艺做了介绍,并对各项工艺面临的技术难题进行了分析,探讨了今后验封技术的发展方向。

In the middle and late stage of oilfield development, stratified water injection is the key to achieve sustained stable production and high production of oil wells. Therefore, the sealing quality requirements of downhole packers are very high. The sealing inspection technology of layered water injection string is the key way to check whether the packer seal is effective or not, and it plays a very important role in oilfield water injection development. This paper mainly introduces the sealing inspection technology of packer, analyzes the facing technical problems of each process, and probes into the development direction of the sealing inspection technology in the future.
