质量保证程序在炼厂化验室的应用

Application of Quality Assurance Program in the Laboratory of Oil Refinery

中油国际苏丹炼厂分析中心从质量管理体系的建立、分析方法的选择及方法确认、分析仪器及相关物资的准备、SOP的编写、分析人员的培训、取样及样品的接收保存和丢弃、分析结果的报告、内部质量控制、外部质量控制、分析问题及采取纠正措施等方面完善地建立起了质量保证程序,并全面进行实施。通过质量保证程序在苏丹炼厂中心化验室的应用表明:实施效果明显,作用显著,是一个非常值得应用与推广的好方法。

The Sultan refinery analysis center has established the quality assurance program in the following aspects： the establishment of quality management system; the selection and confirmation of analysis methods; the preparation of analysis instruments and related materials; the compilation of SOP; the training of analysis personnel; sampling and the receiving, preservation and discard of samples;the reporting of analysis results; the control of internal quality; the control of external quality; the analysis of the problems and taken corrective measures.The application of quality assurance program in the center laboratory of Sultan refinery shows that its implementation effect is obvious and remarkable, and the establishment of quality assurance program is a good method worthy of application and popularization.
