完整性管理可将长输管道风险控制在合理的范围内,预防和减少管道事故的发生,保证管道经济安全运行。开薛线天然气长输管道在防腐层检测、浅埋点防护、线路中线测量、高后果区识别、GPS巡检及第三方施工协调保护、管道数据采集与监控等完整性管理方面的应用实践成果,建立和完善了长输管道完整性管理的技术体系、管理体系和实施模式,显著提高了长输管道完整性管理水平。这些实践也为其他新建管道推广应用及管道完整性管理提供了借鉴。

Integrity management can control the risk of long distance pipeline in a reasonable and acceptable range, so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of pipeline accidents, and ensure the safe operation of pipelines economically and reasonably. Summary the practical application results of the integrity management in Kai Xue long-distance natural gas pipeline, such as anticorrosive layer detection, the shallowly burried point protection, midway measurement, high consequence area identification, GPS patrol, the three party construction coordination protection, and pipeline data acquisition and monitoring, establish and perfect the technique system and management system of long-distance pipeline integrity management and their implementation modes, which improves the level of pipeline long-distance integrity management.The applicationresults canprovidereferencefortheapplicationofpipelineintegritymanagementinother new pipelines.
