海底管道泄漏监测系统性能指标的思考 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国海底管道已经超过6 000 km,发生过多起泄漏事故。海底管道泄漏监测系统暂时处于研究阶段,国内外还未建立起统一的标准规范。对于海底管道泄漏监测系统指标的考量,可靠性、灵敏性、准确性、稳健性等主要指标以及定位精度、作用范围等次要指标需要关注。结合性能指标以及常用的管道泄漏监测方法评分分析表明,计算类的监测方法较适合于海底管道。同时,多种泄漏监测方法组合使用是未来研究的重点和发展趋势。 At present, the submarine pipeline in China has developed to more than 6 000 km, and there have been too many leakage accidents. The leakage monitoring system of the submarine pipeline is in the research stage, and the unified standard at home and abroad has not been established. For the performance indexes of submarine pipeline leakage monitoring system, the main indexes such as reliability, sensitivity, accuracy, robustness, etc., as well as the secondary indexes such as positioning accuracy, action scope, etc. should be considered. According to the performance indexes and the commonly used pipeline leakage monitoring evaluation method, the calculation method is more suitable for the submarine pipeline. And the combination of various leakage monitoring methods is the focus of future research and development trend.
