摘要 为了适应现代工业发展对工程人才的需求,北京化工大学设计建设了以化工行业数字化智能仿真工厂为依托的校内工程实训基地,基地的建立解决了理工类专业传统生产实习模式存在的"门难进,手难动"等实际问题。以校内实训基地为依托平台,材料科学与工程专业结合自身专业特色,对生产实习教学进行了改革创新。采用大型化工企业实习与校内"丙烯酸甲酯仿真工厂"实训作为生产实习教学核心,配合专家讲座与科研院所参观等作为补充,通过教学内容的优化和教学效果的强化,建立了适合材料科学与工程专业的生产实习新模式,并获得了良好的教学效果。 In Beijing University of Chemical Technology,a practical training base was established based on the chemical industry's digital intelligent simulation factory for the needs of engineering talents in the development of modern society.The practical matters that the students were difficult to enter the enterprise and operate the machine in the traditional pattern of production practice were solved by the construction of the simulation factory.Based on the training base,combined with professional characteristics of material science and engineering major,the production practice teaching reform and innovation were carried out.The production practice teaching cores were the large-scale chemical enterprise practice and the " methacrylate simulation factory" training in school,with supplements of lectures and visiting scientific research institutes.The suitable pattern of production practice based on the practical training base was made up and obtained good teaching effect for the material science and engineering major through optimizing the teaching content and strengthening the teaching effect.
