高校大型仪器开放共享平台的多元化建设 被引量:32

摘要 高校大型仪器设备不仅是高校教学人才培养、科学研究的重要硬件保障,而且也是地区企业单位、社会大众技术革新的重要技术支撑。因此,建立一个科学合理的仪器开放共享平台,使大型仪器使用合理化、正确化、规范化、最大化、高效化是高校实验室建设的一项长期系统工程,也是目前一项十分值得研究的热点课题。分析了高校大型仪器管理中存在的共性问题,提出了立足于顶层制度设计和过程控制管理,遵循"整合资源,信息管理,人员机制,创新建设"的理念,以全方位、多元化建设模式,推广大型仪器的统筹管理,提高科研仪器设备的效率和效益,实现科研效益和社会效益的双丰收。 Large-scale instruments and equipment in universities are not only the important hardware guarantee for the cultivation of talents and scientific research in universities,but also the important technical support for the regional enterprises and the public.Therefore,we should establish a scientific and reasonable instrument open and sharing platform and make the usage of large-scale equipment reasonability,correctness,standardization,maximization,effectiveness.This work is a long-term system engineering of laboratory construction in universities and is a hot topic worthy of study at present.This paper will analyze the common administration problems of large-scale instruments,put forward the top-level system and process control management and follow the concept of integrated resources,information management,personnel mechanism and innovation construction as well as persist in the comprehensive and diversified construction mode.Furthermore,we should promote the overall management of the large-scale instruments and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of scientific research instrument to realize the scientific research and social benefits.
