非化学专业类实验室安全管理机制初探

A Preliminary Study on the Safety Management Mechanism of Non-chemical Laboratories

基于当前化学实验室化学试剂品类多而需求量大,采购途径多而管控严格及师生安全意识淡薄的发展现状等背景,现从研究非化学专业类实验室安全管理的角度,总结了当前非化学专业类实验室的安全管理存在师生专业素养不足和实验室硬件安全保障不力等普遍问题。通过梳理主要的管理漏洞和安全隐患,针对性地提出了化学试剂使用前阶段要坚持实验室建设与专业发展同步,做好师生专业素养培训和实验室制度建设等机制建设,使用中要强化化学试剂的二维码追踪管理,对口化学实验室的专业帮扶和实验室安全不定时巡查等管理思路;在收尾阶段探索实施引入第三方评估、循环优化共享和使用过程的统筹协同等辅助机制,从3个阶段对非化学专业类实验室的安全管理机制进行了系统性的探索。

Based on the background that current chemical laboratories have a wide variety and great demand for chemical reagents,multiple purchase channels and strict control,and teachers and students have weak safety awareness,by studying safety management of laboratories for non-chemistry majors,the paper summarizes common problems with current safety management of laboratories for non-chemistry majors,such as low professional qualities of teachers and students and ineffective guarantee for laboratory hardware,etc.By sorting out main loopholes in management and potential safety hazards,the authors propose that in the early stage of using chemical reagents,the construction of laboratories must keep pace with the development of majors.We must carry out professional quality training for teachers and students and the construction of laboratory safety systems.In the middle stage,we should strengthen QR code tracking of chemical reagents,provide professional support for corresponding chemical laboratories and inspect safety in laboratories on an irregular basis.In the final stage,we should explore and implement auxiliary mechanisms,such as to introduce third party assessment and plan the circulatory optimization,share and use process as a whole,and probe into safety management mechanisms of laboratories for non-chemistry majors from three stages systematically.
