改良留置导尿术降低妇科手术患者尿路感染的效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of modified indwelling catheterization on reducing urinary tract infection in patients with gynecological surgery

目的探讨和分析改良留置导尿术对于降低妇科手术患者尿路感染的临床效果分析。方法选择2015年6月-2016年6月于医院行妇科手术的456例患者为研究对象,将患者分为试验组230例和对照组226例;对照组患者采取常规留置导尿术,试验组患者采用改良留置导尿术的临床治疗方案,并分别对两组患者的尿路感染发生情况、尿路感染病原菌分布及满意度情况进行比较和分析。结果试验组患者尿路感染发生率为1.74%,低于对照组患者的5.31%(P<0.05);两组患者共检出病原菌16株,试验组患者检出4株,对照组患者检出12株,试验组患者病原菌分布与对照组患者比较差异均无统计学意义;试验组患者满意度为97.39%,高于对照组患者的92.48%(P<0.05)。结论改良留置导尿术能够有效降低妇科手术患者尿路感染的发生率,从根本上提高患者的满意度。

OBJECTIVE To probe into and analyze the application value of modified indwelling catheterization on reducing urinary tract infection in patients with gynecological surgery.METHODS From Jun.2015 to Jun.2016,456 gynecological surgery patients were selected in the hospital as clinical study objects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=230）and control group（n=226）by random number table method.The gynecological surgery patients in control group were treated with routine indwelling catheterization,and in observation group were treated with modified indwelling catheterization as clinical treatment program.The incidence of urinary tract infection,distribution of pathogens in urinary tract infection and nursing satisfaction of the gynecological surgery patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.RESULTS The urinary tract infection rate of gynecological surgery patients in observation group was 1.74%,which was significantly lower than 5.31% in control group（P〈0.05）.Totally 16 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the two groups,including 4 in observation group and 12 in control group,and there was no significant difference in the distribution of pathogenic bacteria between observation group and control group.The satisfaction rate of nursing services in observation group was 97.39%,which was significantly higher than 92.48%in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Modified indwelling catheterization can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection in patients with gynecological surgery,and fundamentally improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction.
