河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司30万t/a蒽油加氢装置减压系统存在减压塔顶气相负荷大、分离效果不理想等问题,通过增设初馏塔和对减压塔进行改造,上述问题得到了明显改善,确保了装置的长效优化运行。

Decompression system of anthracene oil hydrogenation unit existes problems such as high gas phase load of decompression tower top and poor separation effect.These problems have been improved obviously by adding initial distillation tower and reforming decompression tower.
