摘要
以N-甲基-4-哌啶醇为原料,在自制的铜基(CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3/Zr_2O_3/CeO_2)催化剂上,催化脱氢制备N-甲基-4-哌啶酮。探索研究了反应温度、液时空速和物料配比等因素对合成反应的影响。在反应温度220~240℃,反应压力0.1~0.5MPa,液时空速1.5~3.0h^(-1),n(氢)∶n(N-甲基-4-哌啶醇)为6~9∶1的条件下,N-甲基-4-哌啶酮的收率在47.9%以上。
N-methyl-4-piperidone was preparated by dehydrogenation N-methyl-4-piperidine over catalyst(CuO/ZnO/Al2O3/Zr2O3/CeO2).The effects of reaction temperature,liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV)and H2/Nmethyl-4-piperidine molar ratio on the dehydrogenation reaction are studied.The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows:220~240℃ of reaction temperature,1.5~3.0 h^-1 of LHSV of N-methyl-4-piperidine,6~9 of H2/N-methyl-4-piperidine molar ratio,then yield of N-methyl-4-piperidone was 47.9%.
