卒中得生丸的质量标准研究

Quality Standard of Cuzhong Desheng Pill

目的:建立卒中得生丸的质量标准,为控制卒中得生丸质量提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对卒中得生丸中葛根药材中的葛根素,芍药药材中的芍药苷,山楂药材中的山楂和熊果酸,丹参药材中的丹参酮ⅡA进行定性鉴别。结果:经反复实验薄层鉴别斑点清晰无干扰。结论:建立的方法操作简单、重现性和专属性都很良好,可作为卒中得生丸的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish the quality of Cuzhong Desheng Pill and provide the basis for the quality control of Cuzhong Desheng Pill. Methods： TLC was used to identify Puerarin in Pueraria lobata, Paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora,The ursolic acid and Hawthorn in the hawthorn, TanshinoneⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza from Cuzhong Desheng Pill. Results： TLC spots were clear without interference. Conclusion： The method has a good specificity and repeatability,simple operation,and can be used as the quality control of Cuzhong Desheng Pill.
