经皮椎体成形术联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效观察

Percutaneous Vertebroplasty Combined with Salmon Calcitonin in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的:探析经皮椎体成形术联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法:在2015年1月-2017年12月来我院就诊的老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者46例,随机分组,对照组给予经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察组患者在经皮椎体成形术的基础上给予鲑鱼降钙素治疗,对比两组的疼痛程度评分、ODI指数等。结果:观察组患者在术后1周的VAS疼痛评分与对照组差异不明显,但术后6个月的VAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;术后3个月、6个月,观察组的ODI指数明显低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:经皮椎体成形术与术后鲑鱼降钙素配合使用治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效确切,缓解疼痛感,促进损伤椎体修复,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with salmon calcitonin in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods： 46 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture of elderly osteoporosis were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017. The patients in the control group were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty. The patients in the observation group were treated with salmon calcitonin on the basis of percutaneous vertebroplasty. The pain score and ODI index of the two groups were compared. Results： the VAS pain score of the observation group was not obvious in the 1 week after operation, but the VAS score of 6 months after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group, P〈0.05. After 3 months and 6 months after surgery, the ODI index of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the Barthel index was higher than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with postoperative salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures is effective, relieving pain and promoting vertebral body repair,which is worthy of promotion.
