超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞麻醉复合右美托咪定在经皮肾镜碎石手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞麻醉复合右美托咪定在经皮肾镜碎石术的效果。方法:研究资料均为行经皮肾镜碎石手术患者,50例随机分组各25例,对照组为腰硬联合麻醉,观察组为超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞麻醉复合右美托咪定麻醉,观察麻醉效果。结果:观察组麻醉阻滞起效时间、维持时间及镇痛效果均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在经皮肾镜碎石手术中应用超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞麻醉复合右美托咪定麻醉方式可加快麻醉起效速度,获得满意的镇痛镇静效果,值得推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods: The data were all percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients, 50 cases were randomly divided into 25 cases, the control group was combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, the observation group under the guidance of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia, Observe the effect of anesthesia. Results: The onset time, maintenance time and analgesic effect of anesthesia block in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy can speed up the onset of anesthesia and achieve satisfactory analgesic and sedative effects, which deserves promotion.
