经脐单孔腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗复杂性阑尾炎的疗效对比

Comparison of Single Hole Laparoscopic Transabdominal Laparoscopic Surgery for Complex Appendicitis

目的:对比经脐单孔腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗复杂性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:选取特定的研究时间段(2016年1月至2017年12月)所在科室收治的复杂性阑尾炎患者100例展开研究,随机分成2组,对照组实施开腹治疗,而观察组则给予经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗,各组50例,对比两组患者治疗后的临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗后各项临床指标显著优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论:针对复杂性阑尾炎的患者,实施经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗利于能够促进术后各项临床指标的尽快恢复,且减少对患者的损伤,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of transumbilical laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of complicated appendicitis. Methods： A total of 100 patients with complicated appendicitis admitted to their department from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received laparotomy while the observation group received Single-hole umbilical laparoscopic treatment, 50 cases in each group, comparing the two groups of patients after treatment of clinical indicators. Results：The clinical indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group after treatment, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： For patients with complicated appendicitis, the implementation of single hole laparoscopic transumbilical surgery can promote the recovery of various clinical indexes as soon as possible and reduce the damage to patients. The curative effect is worthy of promotion.
