手术室护理精益管理的研究现状及展望

Research status and prospect of lean management in operating room

在手术室开展精益护理管理，探求优化手术室流程，可以提高手术室利用效率，保证手术安全的方法，最终促进患者的快速康复。本文从理论和实践上探究国内外手术室精益护理管理的研究现状，从手术室流程管理、仪器设备管理、耗材管理、信息化建设等方面阐明中国手术室精益管理现状，找出存在的问题，提出改进措施和建议。

Lean nursing research is conducted in operating room to explore the optimization of the operating room process, improve the efficiency of operating room, ensure the safety of operation, and ultimately promote the rapid recovery of patients. In this paper, the research status of lean nursing in operating room is explored in theory and practice. From the aspects of operating room process management, equipment management, material management, information construction, this paper expounds the current situation of the operating room lean management, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions.
