摘要
目的 探讨手术室高年资护士在科室管理中发挥的作用和定位.方法 2013年1月—2017年6月北京大学第一医院第二住院部中心手术室对高年资护士采取以下管理措施:担任手术配合专科组长、实行导师负责制、主动参与科研创新活动以及承担管理小组工作等.帮助高年资护士重新审视和梳理工作角色定位.结果 经过4年的时间,使高年资护士清晰认识到自己在科室中的角色定位:专业忠诚者、专业主导者、专业发展跟随者、科室领导的助手以及受人尊敬认可的长者.通过传承工匠精神、积极参与科研、管理工作以及制定自身发展规划等工作形式体现了其作用和价值.结论 科室通过对高年资护士工作的角色定位和作用的梳理和调整,不仅发挥了高年资护士的优势,同时也给予年轻护士专业发展的指引,推动科室和专业协调同步发展.
Objective To explore the role and location of senior operating room nurses in the management of operating department. Methods From January 2013 to June 2017, the center operating room of the second inpatient department of Peking University First Hospital adopted the following management measures for the senior nurses: serving as the leader of the operation cooperation team; implementing tutor responsibility system;participating scientific research and innovation actively; and taking the responsibility in the management team, so as to help the senior nurses to reexamine and tease out their role and location in work. Results After 4 years, the senior nurses had clearly recognized their role in the department: professional loyalists, professional leaders, professional development followers, assistants of department leaders and respected elders. They realized their value through the inheritance of craftsmanship spirit, actively participating in scientific research, management affairs and formulate their own development plan. Conclusions The combing and adjusting the roles of senior nurses in the department not only brings out the advantages of senior nurses, but also give young nurses a guidance of professional development, and promote the development of department and professional coordination synchronization.
